Ticket FAQ

1. Q: Where can I buy tickets
   A: Tickets are being sold online at DPHSmusical.com

2. Q: When is the performance?
   A: We will have 3 performances. April 5th at 7pm. April 6th at 1pm & 7pm.

3. Q: What time will I be allowed to enter the building
   A: Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the listed performance time

4. Q: How long is the performance
   A: Approximately 2 hours, with one 15 minute intermission

5. Q: Is the show appropriate for children? 
   A: Yes.

6. Q: How much are tickets? 
   A:  Pre-Sale* (online only): 
             April 5th 7pm: $17 each
             April 6th 1pm: $12 each
             April 6th 7pm: $17 each
   
        General Admission (Online and/or Cash at the Door):
             April 5th 7pm $20 each
             April 6th 1pm: $15 each
             April 6th 7pm: $20 each
   
   *Pre-Sale ends 2 hours prior to the listed performance time, after that tickets online and at the door will be sold at full price.

7. Q: I bought my tickets online but did not get a confirmation email
   A: The confirmation email for your tickets will come from [email protected]. Check your spam and junk folder. If you did not get an email, your order didn’t go through and you’ll need to try again. No one will be admitted without a ticket. 

8. Q: Do I need to print my tickets? 
   A: No, you do not have to print your tickets. You can show them to our volunteers at check-in on your phone. You also can give them your name, and be checked-in that way. We encourage you to have your tickets out (either on your phone or printed) to expedite the check in process.
